RETURN POLICY

 

Our online return portal can only be used for returning items purchased online at our website.

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
  • Please wait patiently for us to process your return once it is received.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in- transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
